Toronto Couples Counselling & Relationship Therapy | Joan Marsman ~ Therapist

Hello, I’m Joan Marsman, a Toronto relationship therapist and couples counsellor. For more than 30 years, I have helped individuals and couples develop more satisfying and passionate relationships.

I offer counselling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in sex therapy and couple and marriage counselling. With offices in West Toronto and Oakville, I am accessible to Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Burlington, and Brampton. I work part time for Toronto Psychological Services.

People seek counselling and therapy for a variety of reasons. Often they are looking for strategies to manage life and relationship challenges.  Sometimes they are involved in a conflict and they need help to resolve it.  Whatever the reasons for seeking out counselling and therapy, I help clients explore a wide range of concerns and then replace patterns of living that are not part of their life plan.

People request sex therapy when they experience concerns or difficulties in the sexual aspects of their relationships. Difficulties and concerns include a number of issues such as low sexual desire, sexual dissatisfaction, painful intercourse, orgasm difficulties or erectile difficulties. I work collaboratively with my clients to revitalize sexual wellness and sexual response.

With offices in West Toronto and Oakville, I’m easy to reach from Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Burlington and Brampton.
